CUSTOM DESIGNS (Perth residents only)

If you wish to have something designed and made, just for you, PLEASE READ UNDER and complete THE FORM BELOW to make a personal appointment or phone call with Karen:

1. During the appointment, your design, budget, colour, fabric quantity, suitability, timing and measurements will be discussed. A quick sketch can be made for you.
2. You may provide your own fabric or accompany Karen to a fabric store and look at fabrics together (1 hr max).
3. A written estimation of the making price and time will be given to you.
4. Should you require a formal, signed, b/w, A3 size sketch of your garment done by Karen, the cost is $95.
5. Should you decide to proceed, a 50% deposit is required within 7 days.
6. Fittings will be required (usually 1-2). You will be notified when these are due.
7. Your final payment is due at collection.

NOTE

• Should you change your mind during the process, your deposit cannot be refunded, as arrangements were made specifically for you that cannot be reversed. (These include fabric ordering, cutting, drawing, pattern drafting, etc)
• No refund or exchange is available on finished garments, but we will do everything possible to ensure you are happy!
• We are not producing wedding garments at this stage, unless you see an existing style on our site that can be adapted to your needs/colours.
